Course Description
Introduces computers, information systems, and their use in society for students with minimal prior knowledge in this area. Topics includes overviews of current information technology concepts and components, the Internet, and productivity software tools. The course offers an extensive hands-on component in the use of current technology. This course cannot be counted toward the management information systems or management science concentration in the College of Management.
